1. before calibrating the Suga Pro watch, make sure your blood  levels are stable. this means that you should not have eaten or exercised for at least two hours prior to the calibration
 
2. Use a blood glucose/pressure meter to take a reading of your blood glucose level
 
3. input the blood  reading into  smartwatch's calibration function. This typically involves navigating to the calibration setting in the smartwatch's menu and entering the blood  reading
 
4. Wait for the  smartwatch  to process the calibration data. This may take a few minutes
 
5. Once the  smartwatch has finished processing the calibration data, it will display a calibration number. This number should be used to adjust the smartwatch's reading to match the blood  meter's reading
 
Ps: Some smartwatches may require calibration every day, while our Smartwatch is made for diabetics and only to be calibrated once every few weeks
